Riding Lessons
Caviness Ranch offers a variety of riding lessons for all ages and all levels offering both group
and individual lessons. Lessons are individualized to the rider according to their skill level.
If you are the beginner and are looking to learn the basics of horsemanship or would like to refine your more advanced horsemanship skills, lessons can be fine tuned using the ranch horses that are experienced and gentle or you have the option of bringing your own horse. We have several arena geared to your experience level.
In addition lessons in cow horse events such as cutting horse training, team roping, breakaway roping are offered with opportunities with mechanical and live cattle. Arenas are well lit for those whose schedules would be better fit for evening lessons.
